New York, Feb. 13 - Praxair Inc. is expected to price $750 million of notes (A2/A/) in two tranches on Wednesday, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

A source close to the trade said the maturities would be three years and 10 years.

The industrial gas company is based in Danbury, Conn.
