Fitch ups seven Ukrainian banks

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded the long-term foreign-currency issuer default ratings of seven Ukrainian banks to B from B-.

The banks are: JSC State Savings Bank of Ukraine (Oschadbank) (Oschad); JSC the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank) (Ukrexim);- JSC CB Privatbank (Privat); Public Joint-Stock Company Joint Stock Bank Ukrgasbank (UGB); PJSC Credit Agricole Bank (CAB);- Procredit Bank (Ukraine) (PCBU); Pravex-Bank JSC (PXB);

The upgrade follows Fitch’s upgrade of Ukraine’s rating and revision of outlook to positive.

The outlooks are positive.
