Kentucky Municipal Power defeases 2007A Prairie State power system revs

Norfolk, Va., April 10 – The Kentucky Municipal Power Agency plans to redeem its series 2007A Prairie State project power system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 1, 2017:

• $680,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2015, to be redeemed at maturity;

• $710,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2016, to be redeemed at maturity;

• $5,405,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2017;

• $5.7 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2018;

• $6,005,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2019;

• $6.33 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2020;

• $6.67 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2021;

• $7.03 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2022;

• $7.41 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2023;

• $7.81 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2024;

• $8.23 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2025;

• $8,675,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2026;

• $1,815,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2027;

• $7.32 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2027;

• $9.61 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2028;

• $20.73 million of bonds due Sept. 1, 2032;

• $15,075,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2037; and

• $88,375,000 of bonds due Sept. 1, 2042.
