New Issue: Prague prices €200 million 3 1/8% notes due 2023 to yield mid-swaps plus 115 bps

Atlanta, June 26 - The City of Prague priced a €200 million issue of 3 1/8% notes due July 3, 2023 (A1/A+/) at 99.417 to yield 3.194%, or mid-swaps plus 115 basis points, a market source said.
The offering came at the tight end of talk which had been set at a spread of 115 bps to 120 bps.
CSOB (KBC Group) and Unicredit were the bookrunners for the deal.
