PQ Corp. readies launch of loan transaction for Tuesday morning

New York, Jan. 8 – PQ Corp. is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a new loan deal to current and prospective lenders, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

PQ is a Malvern, Pa.-based producer of specialty inorganic performance chemicals and catalysts.
