PQ Corp. plans London bank meeting for Friday for new credit facility

New York, April 12 – PQ Corp. will hold a bank meeting in London on Friday to launch its credit facility financing to European investors, according to a market source.

As previously reported, the facility will launch to U.S. investors with a bank meeting at 10 a.m. ET in New York on Thursday.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the left lead on the deal.

Details on structure and use of proceeds have not yet been disclosed, the source said.

PQ is a Malvern, Pa.-based producer of specialty inorganic performance chemicals and catalysts.
