Moody's: PPL Montana view negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed PPL Montana, LLC's Baa3 rating on its pass-through certificates and changed the outlook to negative from stable.

Moody's said the outlook change reflects severely diminished financial performance expected in 2014 and 2015 given expiring hedges and challenging market conditions.
