S&P: PPL Montana view stable

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed the BBB- rating on PPL Montana LLC's $338 million pass-through certificates due 2020, and revised the outlook to stable from positive.

"The prospect of potential changes to the [company'] contract's terms could affect PPL Montana's financial performance," S&P analyst Aneesh Prabhu said in a statement.
