S&P: PZU, entities stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen SA and Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen na Zycie SA, the core entities of PZU, to stable from negative and affirmed its A- long-term counterparty credit and insurer financial strength ratings on both entities.

S&P said the ratings reflect the group's strong competitive position, strong capitalization and strong operating performance.

Offsetting factors are concerns regarding investment diversity and asset-liability management, according to S&P.
