Powerwave buys back $20 million in 1.875% convertible notes due 2024

Knoxville, Tenn., July 30 - Powerwave Technologies, Inc. bought back $20 million of its 1.875% convertible subordinated notes due November 2024 during the second quarter, according to a company earnings report.

The company said the repurchase resulted in a gain of $8.7 million.

Powerwave is a Santa Ana, Calif.-based supplier of end-to-end wireless solutions for wireless communications networks.
