Moody’s rates Powerlong notes B2

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a B2 rating to Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd.’s proposed senior unsecured dollar-denominated notes.

“The proposed issuance will improve Powerlong’s liquidity profile and will not materially affect its credit metrics, because the company will use the proceeds to refinance existing debt,” said Cedric Lai, a Moody’s vice president, senior analyst and lead analyst for Powerlong, in a press release.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.
