By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 7 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. said it plans to offer additional 5.95% notes due July 19, 2020.

The notes would form a single series with the $200 million of 5.95% notes priced on July 12, 2017 and the $100 million add-on to the notes priced July 28, 2017.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Guotai Junan International, HSBC and UBS are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the add-on issue.

Proceeds from the Regulation S notes will be used to refinance existing debt.

The real estate company is based in Hong Kong.
