New Issue: Hong Kong’s Powerlong sells RMB 1 billion 6.8% three-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 1 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. said its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Powerlong Industrial Development Co., Ltd., issued RMB 1 billion of 6.8% three-year notes at par on Aug. 29.

China Everbright Bank Co. Ltd. is the bookrunner and lead underwriter for this first tranche of medium-term notes for 2017.

The company had previously registered to issue up to RMB 3 billion of medium-term notes.

Powerlong is a Hong Kong-based real estate company.
