Hong Kong’s Powerlong Real Estate plans to offer senior notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 18 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. said it plans to conduct an international offering of senior notes to professional investors.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Merrill Lynch International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd. are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Completion of the proposed offering is subject to market conditions and investor interest, the company said.

The real estate company is based in Hong Kong.
