Hong Kong's Powerlong Real Estate plans to offer senior notes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Sept. 9 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. said it plans to conduct an international offering of senior notes to professional investors, according to a company notice.

Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., HSBC Ltd., Merrill Lynch International, UBS AG, Hong Kong Branch and VTB Capital plc are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

Completion of the proposed offering is subject to market conditions and investor interest, the notice said.

The real estate company is based in Hong Kong.
