Hong Kong's Powerlong Real Estate to sell notes via three banks

Atlanta, Jan. 15 - Hong Kong's Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. is planning an issue of notes with bookrunners Deutsche Bank, HSBC and RBS, according to a company filing.

Proceeds from the Regulation S deal will be used to refinance existing debt.

Powerlong is a real estate company.
