New Issue: Powerlong Real Estate sells $200 million 4.9% notes due 2026 at 99.127

Columbus, Ohio, May 6 – Powerlong Real Estate Holdings Ltd. priced $200 million of 4.9% senior notes due May 13, 2026 at 99.127 (B2/B+), according to an announcement with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.
The new notes will be listed on Friday.
BofA Securities, China Citic Bank International, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Guotai Junan International, Haitong International, HSBC, Huatai International, UBS, Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd. and Bank of East Asia, Ltd. are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Proceeds will be used to refinance debt that will become due within one year.
The real estate company is based in Hong Kong.
