Bel Fuse sells 3.04 million shares of Power-One, drops stake to 4.9%

Charlotte, N.C., June 16 - Power-One Inc. investor Bel Fuse Inc. sold 3,041,393 shares of the company's stock, decreasing its stake to 4.9%, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor sold the shares between May 26 and June 12 at prices ranging from $1.55 to $1.60 on the open market, the filing said.

Bel Fuse, a Jersey City electronics company, and Bel Ventures Inc. beneficially own 4,297,605 shares of Power-One.

Power-One designs and manufactures power conversion and power management products. The company is located in Camarillo, Calif.
