Power Line Engineering plans S$40 million 2% convertible debentures

Madison, Wis., March 5 - Power Line Engineering PCL said it plans to issue up to S$40 million of 2% three-year convertible debentures in four tranches.

The size of each tranche will be at most S$10 million.

The debentures may be denominated in Singapore dollars or other currencies.

The Bangkok company plans to use proceeds to support its general working capital, investments or projects, including repayment of bank debt.

Power Line Engineering provides civil construction services and specializes in electrical, telecommunication, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection systems.
