New Issue: India’s Power Finance sells $750 million of notes in two parts

Chicago, Sept. 16 – Power Finance Corp. Ltd. issued $750 million of new notes in two parts, according to a notice.

The first tranche consisted of $300 million of 3¼% notes due 2024.

The second part was for $450 million of 3.9% notes due 2029.

Barclays, MUFG and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners.

The company, which provides financing for electrical power, is based in New Delhi.
