New Issue: India’s Power Finance sells $1 billion of five- and 10-year notes

Olympia, Wash., June 18 – Power Finance Corp. Ltd. issued $400 million of 3¾% notes due 2024 and $600 million of 4½% notes due 2029, according to a listing notice.

Barclays, MUFG Securities Asia Ltd. and Standard Chartered Bank are lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S notes.

Listing of the notes (//BBB-) is expected for Wednesday.

The company, which provides financing for electrical power, is based in New Delhi.
