New Issue: India’s Power Finance sells $500 million of 6.15% notes due 2028

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 6 – Power Finance Corp. Ltd. issued $500 million of 6.15% notes due 2028, according to a term sheet.

Standard Chartered Bank, MUFG Securities EMEA plc and Barclays Bank plc are lead managers and bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the principal paying agent.

The company, which provides financing for electrical power, is based in New Delhi.
