S&P: Power Finance notes BBB-

Standard & Poor’s said it assigned a BBB- long-term issue rating to a proposed issue of dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes by Power Finance Corp. Ltd.

The notes shall at all times rank at par among themselves and with all other unsecured obligations of the company, S&P said.

The ratings on the notes reflect the long-term counterparty credit rating on Power Finance, the agency said.

The proposed notes will constitute direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of Power Finance, S&P said.
