New Issue: India’s Power Finance sells $500 million of 3.35% notes due 2031

New York, Jan. 29 – Power Finance Corp. Ltd. issued $500 million of new 3.35% notes due May 16, 2031, according to a notice.

Barclays, MUFG Securities EMEA plc and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the deal.

The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch is the principal paying agent.

The company, which provides financing for electrical power, is based in New Delhi.
