S&P affirms India's Power Finance

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BB corporate credit rating on Power Finance Corp. Ltd. The

outlook is positive.

S&P said Power Finance's rating is constrained by weak asset quality and asset concentration.

These factors are partly offset by government support and good capitalization and profitability, according to S&P.
