China's Power Construction sets final guidance for renminbi benchmark notes due in three years

By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, May 8 - Power Construction Corp. of China set talk between 4.2% and 4¼% for its offering of renminbi-denominated and benchmark-sized notes due in three years, a market source said.

Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Communications (Hong Kong branch) and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal, which is expected to price on Thursday.

The proceeds will be used for the financing of existing and new overseas investment projects, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Beijing-based contracting, investment and real estate development company.
