Colorado Health to convert series 2005 bonds of Poudre Valley Health Care, Medical Center of the Rockies

New York, March 31 - The Colorado Health Facilities Authority plans to convert $215 million in 2005 auction-rate hospital revenue bonds (Aaa/AAA/) sold for Poudre Valley Health Care Inc. and Medical Center of the Rockies.

The conversion affects $50 million in series 2005A bonds due 2031, $83 million in series 2005B bonds due 2036 and $82 million in series 2005C bonds due 2040.

The 2008A conversion will take place on April 15, the 2008B conversion will take place on April 22 and the 2008C conversion will take place April 29.
