Potash Corp. to price fixed-rate notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 – Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. intends to price an offering of fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B5 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

The notes have a make-whole call and a par call.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets Corp. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

The fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company is based in Saskatoon, Sask.
