DBRS reviews Potash

DBRS said it placed the BBB (high) issuer and senior unsecured debt ratings of Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. under review with developing implications following the company’s announcement that it is in preliminary discussions with Agrium Inc. regarding a potential merger of equals.
