S&P: PotashCorp view to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on PotashCorp to negative from stable.

At the same time, the agency affirmed all of its ratings on PotashCorp, including the A- corporate credit rating.

The outlook revision follows Uralkali OJSC's July 30 announcement that it stopped export sales through Belarusian Potash Co. - the larger of two potash marketing groups that collectively account for more than two-thirds of potash export volumes - and instead plans to direct all volumes through its internal trading arm.
