Potash files $2 billion shelf registration covering debt securities

Knoxville, Tenn., June 28 - Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. filed a $2 billion debt securities shelf registration in an S-3 ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Potash, an integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company based in Saskatoon, Sask., will describe in a prospectus supplement how it plans to use the proceeds.
