Potash files $2 billion debt securities shelf

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 12 - Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan Inc. filed a $2 billion debt securities shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Use of proceeds will be set forth in the prospectus.

Potash is an integrated fertilizer and related industrial and feed products company based in Saskatoon, Sask.
