PostRock Energy: Stephen J. Moriarty appointed as Chapter 11 trustee

Pittsburgh, April 8 – The U.S. Trustee for PostRock Energy Corp.’s bankruptcy case was granted court approval to appoint Stephen J. Moriarty as the company’s Chapter 11 trustee, according to an order filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
As previously reported, secured creditor Citibank, NA asked the court to order appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee, and PostRock and the U.S. Trustee for the case agreed.
PostRock, an oil and natural gas company based in Oklahoma City, filed bankruptcy on April 1. The Chapter 11 case number is 16-11230.
