Gamco, Gabelli buy 1.3 million shares of Possis

Charlotte, N.C., March 7 - Investors led by Gamco Asset Management Inc. and Gabelli Funds, LLC bought 1,312,430 shares of Possis Medical, Inc.'s shares between Jan. 7 and March 6 for a 7.25% stake in the company.

The shares were priced from $19.32 to $19.46, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Possis is a Minneapolis medical device manufacturer.
