Zeus II (Cayman) lowers exchange price of 0% exchangeables due 2016

Madison, Wis., May 12 - Zeus II (Cayman) adjusted the exchange price of its zero-coupon guaranteed exchangeable notes due 2016, according to a notice from adviser and trustee Daewoo Securities Co., Ltd.
The exchange price was lowered to ¥1,472.7094 from ¥1,517.4273.
The new exchange price became effective May 8.
The adjustment resulted from the purchase of additional SK Telecom American Depositary Receipts with dividend proceeds.
Zeus II is a special-purpose vehicle of Posco, a steel producer based in Seoul, South Korea.
