Korea's Posco proposes up to KRW 2 trillion of bonds with warrants

Madison, Wis., March 16 - Posco may issue up to KRW 2 trillion of bonds with warrants, according to a 6-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuance was approved at a general meeting of shareholders.

Posco is an integrated steel producer based in Seoul, South Korea.
