Moody's rates Posco bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 senior unsecured debt rating to the proposed $300 million bond issuance announced by South Korea-based Posco.

The outlook is stable, and proceeds from the bond issuance will be used primarily to refinance existing debt.
