Korea's Posco to start roadshow for $300 million 10-year bond offering July 31 week

New York. July 27 - Seoul, Korea-based steel maker Posco plans to start a roadshow for a maximum $300 million offering of 10-year senior bonds (A2/A-/A-) during the July 31 week, according to a market source.

Investor presentations will be simultaneously held in both Asia and Europe.

The European leg will kick off in London on Monday and then move to Frankfurt, Germany, on Tuesday for two days.

Meanwhile the Asian leg will remain in Singapore from Monday through Tuesday and then head to Hong Kong on Wednesday.

ABN Amro, HSBC and UBS Investment Bank are lead managers for the Regulation S transaction.

Proceeds from the sale will be used to pay principal on debt and for imported raw material.
