Portland, Ore., to sell $215.52 million of sewer system revenue bonds

New York, Aug. 26 - The City of Portland, Ore., plans to price $215.52 million of series 2013A senior lien sewer system revenue and refunding bonds on Sept. 5, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold competitively.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2038.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital facilities and improvements to the city's sanitary sewer and storm water drainage system, as well as to refund the city's series 2003A second lien sewer system revenue bonds.
