Ashtead to offer dollar-denominated senior notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 24 – Ashtead Group plc is planning a dollar-denominated offering of senior notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB) following fixed income investor calls on Monday, according to information from a market source.

BofA Securities, Citigroup and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The British industrial equipment rental company is based in London.
