PolyOne shareholder Fine Capital buys 1.38 million shares

Charlotte, N.C., March 6 - A group of PolyOne Corp. investors led by Fine Capital Partners, LP bought 1,385,000 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 19 and March 5 at prices from $1.4615 to $2.2593 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Between Dec. 15 and Feb. 18, the investors bought 802,800 shares at prices from $2.05 to $2.90 each, a prior SEC filing said.
Fine Capital and its affiliates beneficially own 7,795,000 shares, or 8.4%, of the Cleveland-based polymer services company.
