PolyOne shareholder Fine Capital ups stake to 6.9%

Charlotte, N.C., Feb. 19 - A group of PolyOne Corp. investors led by Fine Capital Partners, LP bought 802,800 shares of the company's stock between Dec. 15 and Feb. 18 at prices from $2.05 to $2.90 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Between Aug. 27 and Oct. 16, the investors bought 2,807,300 shares at prices from $4.27 to $8.20 each, a prior SEC filing said.
Fine Capital and its affiliates beneficially own 6.41 million shares, or 6.9%, of the Cleveland-based polymer services company.
