Moody's rates Orlen notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a provisional Ba1 rating to the senior unsecured guaranteed notes to be issued by Orlen Capital AB. All of the other ratings of the group remain unchanged.

The outlook is stable.

The newly issued notes will rank pari passu with existing senior unsecured indebtedness of Polski Koncern Naftowy Orlen SA and its subsidiaries, Moody's said.
