Poland’s Orlen wraps global investor calls for bond offering

Chicago, July 5 – Orlen SA, previously known as PKN Orlen SA, wrapped global investor calls on Tuesday for an upcoming new issue of bonds (A3//BBB+), according to a market source.

The benchmark euro-denominated seven-year bonds are expected to price as soon as Thursday, subject to market conditions.

More than 80 accounts participated in investor calls.

The balance of feedback, according to the source, was in the mid-swaps plus mid-to-high 100 basis points area.

BNP Paribas, Citi, SMBC and Bank Pekao were mandated joint global coordinators. Erste Group, ING, JPMorgan, Santander and Societe Generale join those banks as joint bookrunners.

Distribution will be via Regulation S in registered format.

The notes will be listed in London.

The issuer is a multi-utility group based in Warsaw, the largest multi-utility group in Central Europe.
