Poland's Polkomtel plans to issue zloty-denominated five-year notes

Atlanta, Aug. 27 - Poland's Polkomtel SA is planning a zloty-denominated offering of five-year fixed-rate notes, a market source said Friday.

BNP Paribas and Unicredit Bank are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Polkomtel is a mobile phone operator based in Warsaw.
