Fitch affirms Polaris Securities

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed the ratings of Polaris Securities Co., Ltd., including its long-term issuer default rating at BBB-, short-term issuer default rating at F3, national long-term rating at A(twn), national short-term rating at F1(twn), individual rating at C/D and support rating at 5. The support rating floor of "no floor" remains unchanged.

The outlook remains stable.

The ratings reflect Polaris Securities' adequate capital position and profitability, which is in line with the industry average, Fitch said.

The ratings also consider the anticipated limited impact to its capitalization and liquidity from the sale of Bank of Overseas Chinese shares, the agency said.
