Atlanta, Nov. 7 – Poland priced €250 million 0% notes due Nov. 7, 2018 at 100.12 on Friday to yield negative 0.06%, according to a filing from the sovereign.

Barclays was the bookrunner for the deal.

Proceeds will be used to finance budget borrowing requirements.
