Poland talks three-year panda bonds at 3% area

Atlanta, Aug. 22 – Poland set talk in the 3% area for an offering of three-year renminbi-denominated notes, a market source said.

Bank of China and HSBC are the joint lead underwriters for the panda bonds.

Pricing is expected to take place as soon as Thursday.
