New Issue: Poland prices $1.75 billion 3¼% 10-year notes to yield Treasuries plus 150 bps

Atlanta, March 30 – Poland priced $1.75 billion 3¼% 10-year notes (A2/BBB+/A-) at 99.249 to yield 3.339%, or Treasuries plus 150 basis points, on Wednesday, a market source said.
The notes were talked in the Treasuries plus 165 bps area.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.
