New Issue: Poland prices €1 billion 7/8% notes due 2027 at 35 bps over mid-swaps

Atlanta, March 31 – Poland sold €1 billion 7/8% notes due May 10, 2027 (A2/A-/A-) at 98.336 to yield 1.022%, or mid-swaps plus 35 basis points, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a spread of 35 bps to 40 bps.
Barclays, Citigroup, Santander and Societe Generale were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
